Technology brings weighing results to the whole organization

A weighbridge consists of a weighing terminal and a scale bridge. It is suitable, for example, for accurate and reliable weighing of goods from tens of kilos to several thousand kilos. The scale can also be connected to a higher operating system (it is possible to connect to the mScales service, for example), in which case the weighing result can be transferred seamlessly to the use of entire organization. Weighbridges are widely used for various industrial needs due to its versatile and unlimited properties.

Prepared and regulated weighbridges

Our weighbridges can be certified if necessary, which makes them also suitable for commercial use. We have been granted initial verification rights, and you can have your scale system primary verified. Weighbridges can be certified as automatic or non-automatic depending on your needs. For weighing containers, we supply scales in accordance with the SOLAS container weighing regulations.

Our adaptive scales are suitable for different needs

All our scales are dimensional, and the scale materials can be selected to suit existing spaces and prevailing conditions. Depending on the type of weighbridge, it can be installed either as a surface mount or recessed into the floor level. If necessary, the weighbridge can also be equipped with mounting lugs, for example for a roller conveyor to be mounted on top or another similar accessory. The material options for our weighbridges are painted, stainless and acid-resistant steel. We also supply weighbridges for explosive facilities.

We maintain and update your scale

Once we have delivered the bridge, we will not leave you on your own. We will provide service to the scales and always update them to the latest technologies and requirements. Our scales are sturdy, and a weighbridge designed for the right conditions and purpose is extremely durable. However, in the event of possible problems, our scales are available for service and spare parts can be provided quickly and reliably, so the downtime can be kept short.

Minabea Intec weighbridges

We are a certified partner of German Minebea Intec (formerly Sartorius Intec) scales in Finland. Minebea weighbridges are also suitable for industrial weighing in high-precision and clean room weighings.
