The belt scale provides uninterrupted, automatic and accurate material flow monitoring, which can also be easily integrated into a continuous bulk material handling system. With our expertise, we are able to take the whole into account and make your line work even more efficiently and reliably.
We supply belt scales in several different accuracy classes. Typical applications include chip, sand, crushed stone, coal, ore, cement and fertilizer conveyors, where material flows can vary from 1 to 6000 t / h and belt widths from 400 to 2400 mm. In most cases, the delivery also includes test weights, which make it easy to carry out in-service condition checks.
Belt scales for many industries
In a demanding industrial environment, in addition to good measurement accuracy, the belt scale is also required to have reliability, versatile connectivity to customer systems and easy maintenance.
Typical applications for our belt scales include the building materials industry, the mining industry, the chemical industry, the fertilizer industry, the metallurgical industry, the food industry, ports, loading and unloading equipment, and power plants, to which we have also supplied emissions trading scales.
In principle, a belt scale can also be used for commercial weighing, although it is less common.
