Problem: Flour loading control was outdated and spare parts and skills were under the stone

The need for a subscriber to reform was born to the old control because of hard-to-claim support. The current control was carried out with the Siemens Simatic S7-1500 programmable logic. The system was selected on the basis of the customer’s wish and the choice of support Tamtron’s long-term experience with Samsung-based control systems. At the same time, the old totalizing hopper scales were renewed for new MID-directive automatic scales.

What benefits were achieved with the new system?

With the new system, adaptability and usability improved. The updating of remote connections enables a faster and more flexible service, which is technically based on the data obtained from the device level.
