Yes and partially they exceeded our expectations. You have very specialized expertise in your staff that should hold on. For example, Janne (Husu) is a top expert who takes enthusiasm for all work.

What do you think about the overall quality of Tamtron’s service and products? 

We are pleased. We couldn’t have believed that fluidization-based material transfer and dosing is so completely maintenance-free. Nor could a better conveyor than a fluid hose be desired. If any errors or omissions have occurred, they have been corrected.

What are the factors that influence your purchasing decision? 

Tamtron is well-known and trusted. Knowledge and support are also crucial. We seek process and application expertise from Tamtron, small and simple products and services from somewhere else.

Have the technical solutions been working well?

Definitely the advantages of fluidized plant beat the traditional “screw plant”. Perhaps we might be interested in to try out the Tamtron’s mixer because it has less wear and tear than our current solution. Generally, all processes run much easier when you take in the entire department’s staff from the start to make decisions and think about solutions.

The external support service is great: a problem we once had on our devices could be fixed from Easter Island!
