The glue kitchen consists of glue handling equipment

The glue mixing technology is based on precisely dispensed adhesive components that are mixed with water using the technology we have developed. The systems consist of raw material handling equipment, tanks, a mixer and the needed accessories. Typically, the glue maker includes a mixer unit, screw feeders, ready glue and wash water tanks, and an automation control system.

Effective and integrated glue kitchen

The capacity of the glue mixer is typically 300 to 2400 kg / h slightly depending on the application. The system is fully automated and can be integrated into main processes. Our delivery includes prestudy of the process, design and engineering, supply of the equipment and commissioning. Old glue mixing equipment and automations can also be modernized to meet modern requirements.

The glue mixer is an efficient and durable device for glue mixing. Optimal dosing is based on accurate weighing, which has been our core competence for over a hundred years.
