We take care of your instruments, so you do not have to worry about whether your scale is up-to-date calibrated. Calibration is a basic element of measurement control
Typical customers of our calibration service are, for example, companies in the pharmaceutical and food industries, or paper and pulp mills. Calibration is a basic element of measurement management that provides evidence of the accuracy and traceability of measurements. The functional condition of the scales involved in the production process also has a significant effect on quality of the products, so ensuring the condition is very important. We take the responsibility for ensuring that the traceability is in order (measurement results can be traced to national / international standards) and the uncertainty of the calibration is known.

We are an accredited K019 calibration laboratory and the customer can rely on that they will receive a reliable calibration service from us. Our certificate gives you accurate information about the measurement uncertainty, traceability and deviation of the balance, and there is no need to obtain additional certificates. The calibration performed by our FINAS -audited laboratory complies with the quality requirements defined for measurement management. Our K019 calibration laboratory meets the general requirements for accredited laboratories SFS – ISO / IEC 17025. It is also part of our ISO 9001 quality system.

Contract-based calibration makes it easy for you
The contract-based calibration service is co-operation from expert to expert, where both can focus on their core competencies. The procedures proceed according to plan and our work planner will agree with you on a suitable time for the calibrations. Our specialist will perform the calibration and we will provide you with certificates of the performed calibration with all the necessary information. At its best the calibration is a mandatory process that you do not need to spend time or human resources on. In addition to calibration for weighing instruments, we also perform weight calibration, so you do not have to look for a separate supplier.
Preliminary maintenance of scales together with calibration
The effect of preventive maintenance on the reliable operation of the scales is clear. There are several causes of the increase in measurement uncertainty, with fouling and other impurities being the most common. Contamination is not always directly noticeable from the measurement results or the function of the weighing instrument. Preventive maintenance during calibrations will take in the account and maintains the cleanliness of the scale and other factors that affect its performance.
